2024 Notice of Tax Sale

Pursuant to Section 254 of the Community Charter and Sections 645 to 672 of the Local Government Act, the City of Parksville is required to publish the legal description and street address, if any, of properties subject to tax sale.

The following properties will be offered for sale by public auction on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10 am in the Forum at Parksville Civic and Technology Centre, 100 Jensen Avenue East, Parksville, unless the delinquent taxes, plus interest, are paid prior.
