Bylaws are municipal legislation. Most municipalities have financial, regulatory and land use bylaws. Regulatory bylaws are enforced by City compliance officers.

If you believe a bylaw is being broken, please file a complaint using the form below. City bylaws are enforced on a complaint-driven basis and anonymous complaints are not accepted.
The completed form may be submitted:
